The Dabawenya is a woman who stands above it all. Her smile is her weapon against all obstacles. She is outgoing and tough, being a child of the South, where the sun shines the hottest.
She is not ashamed of her flaws – her blemishes, her weaknesses, her insecurities and her fears – she embraces them all as essential parts of her.
She lets the wind tousle her hair. She lets the sun bronze her skin. And in whatever harsh environment she is in, she comes through, and lets her rare grace be revealed, like an orchid’s in the harsh, cold jungle.
